How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 days. Afterwards, please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive and 3-10 weeks for international orders.
What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
YANYANI does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

My package was stolen/got lost in the mail!
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, it is out of my control. I am not liable for any losses, damages, or delays that occur during transit. Please reach out to your local USPS to either file a claim or ask for assistance in resolving the issue.
I accidentally gave you the wrong address!
In the event that a package is lost or damaged due to an inaccurate address given, refunds and replacements cannot be provided as these instances are out of my control.
If a package is sent back to me, you can do either of the following:
1) Pay the cost of shipping again to reship your order to the correct address.
2) Depending on the condition of the items upon arrival, I will issue a refund for the cost of the products minus the cost of shipping.
Can I cancel my order?

What about international customs fees?
For orders outside of the US, I am not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for and pay all customs fees/duties/taxes to ensure the delivery of their package.
